Handle Sea freight and Airway bills separately to avoid any confusion. The Reference is prefixed appropriately (S for sea and A for air). 2. Specific data entry fields validated against industry standards including: a) AWB Codes for Airlines around the world (eg, 086 = Air New Zealand) b) Airports (eg, AKL = Auckland International Airport) c) Location Codes (eg, NZAKL = Auckland)

Create a Master bill and then produce house bills from that template. Figures from the house bills aggregate to the master. 4.
