This fabric is the most exquisite silk rayon velvet with a stained glass like velvet burnout. I am selling a length of 3 metres coloured in the most beautiful Blue. You would not find this in New Zealand. It was designed and imported from overseas. This fabric is used by the top fashion houses and would normally not sell for less that $90 a metre. This is an absolute bargain.
