Your parcel is packaged with the utmost care and sent via courier. Due to the very nature of glass being breakable we do take extra care and time in packaging.

Once payment is received we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days. Dispatch and delivery time does not take into account weekends or public holidays. We are as efficient as we can be but please be aware that due to circumstances outside of our control, sometimes deliveries can take up to a week to arrive once they have left us. We will always endeavour to keep you informed if we anticipate there will be any delay and all orders are traceable.

If you live in a rural delivery area, please select this option so we can affix the correct ticketing. The courier outsources rural deliveries and this adds at least 1-2 extra days for delivery.

Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure that you give us a physical address and a contact phone number and/or email address for delivery.
