Carved from a solid log of Kauri and is 5ft 3inches tall. Only the 2 feathers and mere can be removed. It stood at the entrance to the bridge in the La Scalia restaurant in New Plymouth when it was the best in New Zealand for 3 consecutive years. We purchased it in Australia in 1987 when the Americas Cup was on and brought it back to New Zealand. We are moving to a smaller property.
