In good used condition, my son in law however put his face as the background and then decided to change and forget the password. I am not very computer literate so I do not know how to unlock or reset this iPod, however I have been told it is possible to reset, but as I don't have the time or knowledge to do so, my loss can be your gain. If you unlocked it this iPod would be perfect for the gym, music, gaming, taking photos, watching videos or for the kids. It was working perfectly before the iPod became locked.

Sold as is where is because of the passcode lock.
