KANTHAL A1 is a modified high temperature resistance heating alloy. It shares similarities to stainless steel, with the addition of 3-5% aluminium to improve resistance to oxidation and degradation at high temperature. Kanthal is an an excellent choice for:
- RDA
- RBA
- RDTA atomizers
- Any other type of atomizer
Suitable for framing, beekeeping, outdoor and marine applications requiring high tensile stength while still allowing a great deal of mechanical malleability and resistance to rust & corrosion.
