Description
Silver is the brand name not just the description of this radiocassette. Cosmetically it's showing wear to edges and the tape door window has become opaque. It has a good handle, aerial, and battery lid. The battery compartment is clean. It's not tested or supplied with batteries and it does not have a power lead for which it needs the usual infinity or figure-8 kind, which are easy to get. The radio has a green tuning LED as well as a red FM stereo LED which is a nice feature. The tape transport functions are all working but the right channel is weak, and barely working in recording mode. This is a tape problem only and can mostly be offset by switching to mono but this won't suit everyone. As well as radio and tape it has line in, which has minijack connections instead of the usual RCAs so the auction includes a pair of minijack-to-RCA connectors as shown (the RCA cables are not included). Old electronics, as described, pictures form part of the description, sold as-is without any guarantees. Please ask questions if you need to know anything more.
No pickups, sorry.
