Villa is closely located to hospital, supermarkets, shops, schools and Hastings CBD. The sunny room also comes furnished with a queen bed, bedside drawers, lounge chairs, 2 seater couch and wardrobe. This beautiful centrally located character villa has shared facilities - a good sized kitchen with walk in pantry, large dining, extra large lounge, laundry room, large deck looking out to private garden and pool. We are looking for professional full time working couple. The cost of room includes for 2 people only, reasonable use of power/gas and WiFi. You are required to provide your own linen, blankets, cleaning products, toiletries, food etc. Questions are welcome, applicants with excellent rental references need only apply with your details as viewings will only be available for short listed applicants. If successful, you will be required to pay 1 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks bond. No pets or smokers.
