The laundry has a large washing machine and clothes dryer. The rent covers the bedroom, reasonable power usage, unlimited wifi, Sky TV and firewood for winter heating. Move in costs are 1 week rent in advance plus a bond of $500 (paid in weekly instalments by agreement if necessary). I have a large waterproof and vermin free storage space for any household furniture if necessary at $25pw. Vapers negotiable. Smokers, drug users or heavy drinkers need not apply thanks. No pets.
