Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Double bedroom with gorgeous curtains and a lockable door. The house is a 1925 bungalow that has had a significant extension out the back to include a large dining and living area. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and the home has two toilets and a large deck out the back. The owner of the house is one of the flatmates and works from her studio out the back of the house which is attached to the garage. You will be living with two small dogs and two cats. The owner is a musician and the other tenant is in hospitality management. We share the weekly chores and keep a calm, yet sociable household. Included in your weekly rent is: Electricity, heating, Gas (Hot Water), WIFI (Fibre), and all cleaning supplies for the household. We also have a filtered water and ice system fridge. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance required upon agreement. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
