Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Looking for a single ($300 p/w) or couple ($350 p/w) to fill our sleep out - it is not attached to the house. Will still need access to the main house for bathroom and most cooking - however have supplied own fridge to use and basic food prep stuff in the sleep out (jug, toaster, air fryer and microwave). Not furnished otherwise. The sleep out has been newly built and includes full wall and ceiling insulation so it is warm and all the flooring is new. rent includes power and internet. Food is separate (buy your own). You will be able to use shared items such as toilet paper, cleaning products, dish soap etc. You would be living with a couple who own the house - both in our early 30s and working. And two female flatmates also young who rent a room inside the main house. No pets as we already have two cats and one dog - so ideal flatmate would be okay with animals. Looking for someone around late 20s - 30s who are working. This is not a party house. We require 2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance before moving in. Parking is on the street.
