Ample street parking. - Close to the city— bus stop is 3 mins walk and Brooklyn village is 15 minutes walk or 6 mins drive with heaps of parking on Todman St. Takes 15 mins to get to CBD by bike - You’d be living two dudes and one nb person, all working fulltime and all in their mid 20s or early 30s. Chill vibes, people mostly do their own thing but are also down to hang in the lounge sometimes LGBTQ friendly flat. - Smokers allowed but only if outdoors. Room available now Smokers OK, no pets
