Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The female boarders room is well insulated and warm . It also has an en-suite including sink toilet and walk in shower. The room is private and spacious and has a Queen size bed with a bedside tables with two deep drawers, a large built-in wardrobe, dresser with 6 drawers that has a large mirror attached, two chairs and a bistro cafe table. I have a desk I can put in instead, if it suits better. Looking for someone who likes to give a hand in the garden and around the house. The house is a villa with a big garden. The house is a work and progress. The Border room and en-suit are new. The house has central heating. Would like to meet your pet to see if it feel conformable with me and I am with it to. 5 min walk to KFC, Domino pizza, Indian spice, Subway, Cableway pub/Restaurant. It also close to Columbia college up the Hill in Roslyn is a Fresh Choice supermarket, coffeehouses, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors. Pets OK, no smokers.
