Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our home. We have 1 room to rent, $270pw not including utilities or food, we split everything equally so it doesn't work out too expensive. The house is is a 3 bedroom house with one bathroom and a seperate toilet. We have a relatively big backyard which is perfect for having friends over for dinner, and our driveway will easily fit 4 cars in with the gates shut. No pets or smokers.
