Description:	5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Howdy Auckland flat hunters! We're on the look out for a new female flattie to join us in our epic three story house. We're a relatively social bunch of people and are usually keen for a chat, occasional flat outing and a cold one on Friday evening. There are currently four flatmates, two girls and two guys (Katie, Maria, Josh and Jeremy). We are all professionals in our mid 20s to early 30s and are looking for someone in that age bracket to join us. Cree (our former 5th) has abandoned us to move closer to work. Local supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away with many takeout options available as well. Bus ride to the city center is approx. 35mins and the bus stop is only a short walk from the house. The available room is located on the bottom floor. It's big enough for a queen size bed along with standing furniture and maybe a small desk. It also has two single wardrobes and a window out to the downstairs courtyard area. Rough dimensions of the room put it at 3m squared. You'll be sharing the floor with Josh and Jeremy (bonus points if your name also starts with a J). Rent ($170) and expenses ($30) - per week - include all the usual utilities as well as things like cleaning supplies, milk, sugar etc. Everyone's schedules are pretty different so we generally stick to doing our own meals. No couples, smokers or pets sorry. The room is available now so get in quick. We look forward to hearing from you!
