Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. We are looking for a flatmate to share a 4 bedroom architecturally designed 1960’s home in Hillcrest. We are 500m from University and close to St Johns college. This is a fully furnished house including all kitchen, dining and living room furnishings. It has a private and secure back yard with a swimming pool, covered decks and vegetable garden. One bedroom is available (3m x 3m) with a built in double wardrobe. It is currently empty, however can be furnished with bed, drawers and desk if required. The house has two living areas. One includes a 60 inch TV with surround sound. The other includes a smaller TV and workstation. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet. The laundry also includes a second toilet and a 7kg washing machine with washtub. A large kitchen and dining area, with gas hob stovetop, large oven and double door fridge / freezer. Power, gas and unlimited ultrafast fibre internet is included. There is a woodburner and firewood is supplied, also a heatpump and hallway wall heater. No smoking, no couples and no pets - as we already have a house cat. You can take a short walk to local shops including 4 Square, Warehouse, Hillcrest Tavern, Wally Elders garage, fruit & vege, butchers, takeaways & café. There are bus stops nearby for town or the orbiter. The ideal flatmate would pay rent on time, be tidy, share cleaning duties, quiet and respectful, friendly and sociable. Note that we have recently shifted out, so some furniture in the photos is not included in the furnishings. No pets or smokers.
