Private 1 Bedroom Outside unit Fully furnished self contained - at the present it's fully furnished but can be empty if you have your own stuff, The unit is behind the main house, were we live. Are you a superstar tenant and love the animal vibe around you. Perfect accommodation for a single person only, perfer 40+ The coolest people ever that live in the house in front of the unit. We would like to find the right fit for our home as it is very important for us and our fur babies. You have your own sunny outside fully covered deck with furniture to chill out after a hard day at the office. You might even have a fur baby join you. If you are a green finger there is a massive garden for you to grown your own produce in. We have a quite secure fully fenced section in Chartwell. We have (Furbabies) but if you don't like a visitor to your room then you probably aren't the right person. You must be clean/tidy/honest/considerate and respectful of other peoples property - this is a requirement, and must be in full-time employment (No exceptions) There are standard unit inspections. There is 4 weeks bond + 1 week in advance to move in. No pets or smokers.
