Move in cost - $605 (1 week rent in advance + 2 weeks rent as bond) Furnished double bedroom in a 5 bedroom house at the end of a quiet cul de sac surrounded by Totara bush. Furnishings include a double bed, some drawers, a shelf, 2 closet spaces, and a rack. The room is quite spacious and gets a lot of sun. Rent includes internet, water, and power. Additional $10 a month for shared cleaning supplies The house is fully furnished, including plenty of shared kitchen appliances, washing machine, plenty of washing line space, and a TV and fireplace in the lounge. It's very much a "do your own thing" kind of flat as everyone is a mix of schedules and ages.
