Perfect large room for a couple, or someone who likes lots of space while also being close to the city! We have a room available in our flat located in the city fringe location of Newton, Auckland. Our flat is home to five other tidy and friendly flatmates, a mix of girls and guys who are working or studying. We're a friendly bunch who like to hang out now and then, but we also respect each other's privacy. The location of our flat is unbeatable! We're situated on a safe and quiet street, but just steps away from all the action. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including the famous "Benedict's Cafe" and "Hard to Find Books" on the same street. Plus, public transport is easily accessible, making it a breeze to get around the city. Living in Newton means you're close to everything! The city centre, Ponsonby, and Newmarket are all just a stone's throw away. Whether you want to catch a movie, hit the shops, or enjoy some delicious food, you're never far from the action. Lounge is converted to another bedroom in our flat to keep the rent lower, but the rooms are very large (please see photos), especially for this close to the city! So, if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home, come join us!
