The second one is a single room(available 12th of May) furnished with a king single bed, bedside table. $180/ week. Quiet neighbourhood, hardly hear any traffic at night. walking distance to heated pools and gym. 5-7 mins drive to crossing mall, Frazer Cove and Toi Ohomai polytechnic, 12 minutes to city centre. I usually do the communal area cleaning. However, you do need to tidy up after yourself. Moving in cost: 1 week bond + 1 week rental in advance. 2 weeks notice before termination. please pop through a text if you're interested as i am often not available to pick up phone calls. cheers No pets or smokers.
