We are looking for a mature flatmate to share our house in Brookfield, located on a cul-de-sac street. Enjoy the beautiful view from our north-facing, sunny deck, perfect for relaxing, the lounge area which also offers a view across the harbour, and the mount peaks out. You will be sharing the house with 2 male aged 50+. We are a friendly household and avoid drama. We enjoy a laugh and a bit of banter when we get together but mostly live our own full life. We are respectful of each other and the space and we value a peaceful, clean, and tidy living environment. The kitchen is equipped. There is a fridge for you to use.. There's some pantry space, extra drawers and cupboards for you, a shared freezer in one of the other fridges. The bedroom is sunny and overlooks the harbour. The room size is 3m x 3.6m and has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside thingy's. Security stay on the windows. Bathroom is small and shared, but the shower is good, Separate toilet Rent includes, water, lawns and rubbish If you think you would be a good fit for our house, message John and Dennis, with your name, age, occupation, work hours, and a brief introduction about yourself.
