The house is located in Nelson South. It’s an easy bike or walk into town, 5 min walk to the hospital. Various schools and parks in the area. Rent is $210 pw and includes water, recycling, rubbish, wifi, Netflix, only power not included and gets split between the flatmates. Pets negotiable, no smokers. |
