Description:	4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Tash and I are looking for awesome female flatmate to join us in our super nice 4 bed, 3 bath home. We have a lovely double room available, which comes with the main bathroom (shower, bath, vanity). The room is bright, sunny, has a great double wardrobe and has a ceiling fan for those hot nights. Current flatmate is a minimalist and the untidy pics don't do the room justice, so come see for yourself. You will also have a park in the garage with remote. The house is fully furnished, so you don't have to bring anything except your bedroom furniture (that said, we're misssing a dining table and another fridge would be a bonus lol!). We can potentially supply bedroom furniture if you need it. Our home has all the mod cons and an amazing private courtyard with bifold doors from the dining room and lounge. There's a fireplace in the lounge and heat pump, so you'll be nice and warm this winter. We have Sky, Disney, Netflix and great superwifi internet. There is a granny flat at the front of the house, with nice, mostly quiet retired neighbours. We are located in English Oak Drive, just behind Albany Junior School - technically Schnapper Rovk, but very close to Albany Highway. Great shops ( Whipped Cakery!) and multiple bus stops within short walking distance to the bus stations. Message me to find out more, telling us about yourself :-) No pets or smokers.
