Two fully insulated sleepouts are available in sunny Waterloo, Lower Hutt. $180 / week for smaller sleepout. $200 / week for larger sleepout (couple $300) $30 per week for gas, power and internet. Larger room has laminate flooring, smaller has new carpet. Both rooms have LED lights, single bed, wardrobe and a bed side drawer. Flatmate only bathroom by the rear door in the main house. Family has en-suite' bathroom for private use. Two weeks rent as bond is required to book the room. Two weeks’ notice is required when leaving. Rent to be paid weekly in advance House has security gate accessible with a pin or a tag. Waterloo shops, bus stop and train station all within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. We are vegetarian, No non-veg cooking in the kitchen. No pets or smokers.
