The room measures 3m2 has a great inbuilt wardrobe, looks on to some greenery making it very tranquil place to be. You would be living with four other flatmates, three females and one male all in their mid twenties. The house is extremely spacious, has two bathrooms, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer ,heat pump, two washing lines and beautiful views. It also has a garage which is excellent for storage although doesn't fit a car. The flat is very conveniently located in terms of bus routes with the number 27 and number 7 buses being a two minute walk. Unlike many other Wellington flats street parking is free and never an issue. This a fantastic flat to live in, the only reason I'm leaving is to move overseas. From day one of moving into this flat I've enjoyed feeling included but never felt obligated to participate in any activities. Whether it be board games, the flat netball team or watching a TV show/movie etc. If your interested please write a brief description about yourself. No pets or smokers.
