Viewings can be arranged by contacting me directly on 027 225 1557 or rae@powellandco.nz There are two fridge/freezers; a microwave; dishwasher; cookware; cultery; glassware; and crockery provided. The property has infinity hot water so you will never run out of hot water!! There are two full bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. There is also a laundry with whiteware included. There is social space in the dining/kitchen area and a small lounge area in the 7th bedroom which we have decided to leave as a communal space. There is a three tier terraced garden at the back of the property that has outstanding views and some seating. The lawns and gardens are maintained by the owner. If your application is successful, you would be added as an additional tenant to the current tenancy agreement. This agreement is on a fixed term ending on 12 January 2025. This is a long term rental and perfect but not limited to students studing at Victoria University. There are two bedrooms to chose from. The unchosen room will be used as a communal space also. No pets or smokers.
