New house Properly insulated, double glazed, etc Lockable bedroom, built in wardrobe You need your own bedding(duvet pillows, etc) and towels At the moment there are 2 bedrooms available. One room with double bed, table chair and large wardrobe with freestanding shelf. Bathroom shared. $200 per week adding $40 for power, internet and cleaning products. Another larrger bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, separate entrance from back of house with a covered deck and double glazed conservatory. $300 per week adding $40 for power, internet and cleaning products for common areas. Kitchen is shared. Unlimited wifi Furniture are included as in the photos Soft furnishings(mattress/curtains) could be available. Outside areas are taken care of. Cleaning of bedrooms and common areas are the responsibility of all flatmates. Pls email with any specific questions or to arrange a time to call in and have a chat. Fulltime employment, non smoker and non vapor essential. Please note bedrooms and house are fully furnished. Unfortunately here is no storage for furniture or other large appliances available. All you need is your own bedding, towels, cooking and eating utensils. No pets or smokers.
