Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Flatmates wanted for a tidy insulated house in Spreydon. If you are a friendly and easy going sort, then you will feel right at home with Dylan, Caleb and myself (Shane). We have 1 room available at $160 per week Must be a dog lover as I have a friendly Boxer Cross, her name is Maggie. She lives in the sleepout with me (Shane). Rooms available to view anytime, but feel free to text/email to ask questions. Expenses is $40 per person and will cover cleaning materials (Laundry/dish detergents, power, high speed internet and Amazon Prime). We require 3 weeks rent in advance, and a 2 week bond. If you have any references, this will only work in your favour. We like to keep a clean house, so a clean as you go policy is very important. Longer term would be preferable (Min 6 months). No pets or smokers.
