The area has easy access to public transport and an abundance of restaurants / takeaway options. There is plenty of street parking and space for two cars on the property. Our ideal flatmate is clean and tidy, genuine, mature, respectful, considerate, open-minded, friendly, and communicates openly. This is not a party flat, but social gatherings (game nights, dinner parties, movie nights etc) are welcome. Remaining flatmates are myself (late 30s), Gem (mid 30s), and Julia (early 30s). We are all mental health and wellbeing oriented, and enjoy delicious food, deep conversations, and a calm and tidy environment. The spacious king room is becoming available on the 22st of May.
