Description:	3 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. Hello! We have a room available in Remuera. A new 3 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. We are looking for a clean and tidy working professional, who is keen for the occasional wine/ dinner, although we are pretty quiet during the week. Previously, this room has had a double bed in it - as seen in the photos, but would comfortably fit a much larger bed. There’s also a large built in wardrobe. Other than the room itself, the house is fully furnished, making it an easy move in. The bathroom is almost exclusively yours with the exception of guests and laundry, as it contains the washer and dryer. On street parking only. Please note the third bedroom is currently being used as a second lounge. We're a couple, both working professionals in our early 30s & looking for someone in their 20s/ early 30s. Sorry no smokers, couples or pets. Rent is $270 per week + approx $30 per week for bills (electricity, water and internet). Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1080). No pets or smokers.
