Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. $190 single, $230 couple, bills included: internet, water & power. Hey there, We are seeking a female flatmate or possibly a couple to occupy our room available. LGBTQIA2+ friendly. Small pets negotiable but no dogs or cats sorry. The house is a simple elevated 3 bedroom home, we have a boxing bag set up in the garage but there is still plenty of room available for storage. The room is 2900 x 2600cm with a single wardrobe and gets the afternoon sun. It currently has some window film for privacy but this can easily be removed if unwanted. Also has a lockable door. We can provide a comfortable king mattress if required. In this flat there is 2 other flatmates, 1 works in film and the other in the equine industry, we are friendly and have chats often although mostly focused on doing our own things. There is 1 cat in the house, so we would be seeking someone that is respectful of her and the ideal flatmate would be happy to help with house & yard work.
