Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Seeking a flatmate for a spacious room in a 3-bedroom house, owner occupied (me). The room is available because my current flatmate is moving in with her partner. This house is lovely and warm with 2 heat pumps and there is also a nice outdoor area. The house is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. If you need a little extra storage space, this is easily accommodated. The third bedroom remains available for guests, yours are most welcome too. :) I'm seeking a working professional, much like myself, who values both personal space and some social interaction.
