The house is a classic villa with heaps of space and character. The front deck gets great afternoon sun. A short walk to Kingsland shops and just down the road from Morningside train station. The room is a smaller double. Rent is $235 + Exp. Expenses are $40/week which covers power, gas, water, monthly cleaner, lawnmower guy, loo roll, cleaning stuff, cooking oil etc. You’ll share 1.5 bathrooms with 2 others so no congestion there ?? We’re professionals between 34 and 43 years old – a radio producer, a project coordinator and a scientist. Looking for someone in a similar boat. We are two guys and a girl.
