Someone who would enjoy a meal together every so often or movie night. Do your own thing About us: We are a mum (36) and daughter (4) who are active, often out on adventures with friends, playing on the trampoline in the back yard or reading/crafting inside. We love cooking so are in the kitchen often but have a good 'tidy up afterwards' routine. I am working and my daughter attends montessori during week days. We have 4 x chickens - Peaceful shared custody situation - so the 4 year old is away half of the week. Costs: Move-in costs are a bond of two weeks rent and a week in advance. $280 rent per week, $20 bills per week. No pets or smokers.
