Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Room: Super Large room, with a double wardrobe and attic space, and a balcony with all day sunshine (this room is amazing) The room is unfurnished. All you need is your bedroom furniture to make it your own. We are a very chill, happy, relaxed vibe in this place. It is a home not a flat or party house. We are all working professionals aged between 32 - 38 One couple (JB and Virginie), Julien and Rob. Ideally we are looking for someone similar and fits into our little flat family. We are all pretty outdoorsie people, so if your into running, gyming, hiking you are more than welcome to tag along on adventures. Also love to have a wine together and watch a movie for a chill night in. We appreciate a reasonably chill house, so if mad partying is your thing, i'd love to come along...but not at this house. Two toilets, one bathroom (bath and shower) shared between 3 of you. JB & Virginie have their own on suite (lucky bastards) Short walk to the bus stop if you commute to the city for work. Or a 20minute bicycle. Locally we are pretty lucky with whats around - pizza, burgerfuel, wineshop, countdown, best indian takeaway in Auckland, motorway access in either direction. We have a dog - Oscar who is ruler of the house, so if you do not like giving out pats or having cuddles on the couch this is not the house for you.
