An aditional $35 is required to cover, internet, power, Plus cleaning products, toilet paper etc. One off street park The house is double glazed and has HRV I own the house, so i maintain all outside areas. New flatmate must like pets as i have a small dog.( he is the 3rd flatmate), in our quiet house The room has a good size built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit. . House is furnished, so preferably bedroom furniture only. But i can provide a room fully furnished. Some storage space in the garage if required Im only looking for a Female, professional worker, due to my 13 year daughter that stays 2 nights a week. looking for a like minded person, not any person, as we would live under the same roof Call in or text to arrange for viewing No pets or smokers, no couples No pets or smokers.
