Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. A medium-sized room with a view will soon be available in our Morningside flat. The room can fit a double/queen bed, drawers and a desk and has a small in-built wardrobe. Weekly rent is $195 + $25 expenses (which include water, power, unlimited internet, and common flat items such as toilet paper and cleaning stuff). The flat is in Morningside and is a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and train station (two stages to the city). However, if you walk ~10 minutes to Kingsland shops it’s just one stage for both the bus and train. We’re also near the main cycleway linking the western suburbs to the city. Plenty of free, off-street parking available right outside the flat too. You’ll be sharing the rest of the house with two (to three) others, one female and one male at the moment, in our mid-twenties to early thirties, studying and working. We’re a friendly bunch but we’re often out doing our own things. We’re looking for someone similar who is friendly and respects the privacy of others. Students and workers welcome. The room will be available from May 13th. Two weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required. If interested, please get in touch and let me know a little about yourself ??
