The kitchen is beautiful with the latest appliances and a separate pantry, filtered water. There is also a large drying room in the basement where there is additional storage. If you want to rent a carpark on the property then please let us know? but otherwise you can just apply for a residents parking sticker from the council which is around $200 for the year. Lovely garden - the room gets the last sun of the day. The room has brand new thermal drapes No vapers or smokers please The landlord does full security checks on all applicants.
