We have a self contained caravan available - preferably for long term renters - fully furnished, lockable and private within our tree filled garden in the heart of Mount Maunganui, situated beside the beach access walkway with a three minute walk to beach and cafes and a three minute bike ride to Be Organics, Natural Fit, New World etc. There is a short walk to the shared bathroom and coin operated laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). You have your own kitchen/cooking facilities and utensils (cold running water into sink) fridge freezer etc in your caravan plus a small outdoor deck with table and chair. You share the bathrooms and laundry facilities with seven others. All you need is your clothes and pillows and bedding and food. Ideal for people who prefer their own private cooking and hang out space, without the hassle of flat mates. If you want to play loud music or drink excessively, this place is not for you - we create and maintain a chilled out peaceful vibe for ourselves, our tenants and the birds and butterflies. IE No cats. Working people are preferable but not mandatory. This is long term accommodation. Rent includes power and water and intermittant wifi - best to get your own plan.... Fans and fan heaters are allowed - not oil/ fin heaters. $320 for a single. $375 for couples Terms of Rent: One weeks bond required (must give two weeks notice when leaving), plus one weeks rent in advance, plus $100 cleaning fee which will be returned to you when you leave it clean on leaving. No pets.
