Description:	3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of Auckland cbd on Victoria street West, super close to public transport and restaurants! The apartment comes furnished in the shared areas and the rooms are semi furnished. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. You’ll be living with 2 people in total. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one person. Please note that the exterior is getting renovated so we are unable to use the balcony at the moment. Not a party flat Ideally looking for someone who is a young professional. Females only and no couples sorry. There will be two rooms available. Room Details: Room 1: is $300 per week which includes internet. Comes furnished with a queen bed, gets the most light in the apartment with two sets of windows. Room 2: is $285 per week which includes internet. Draws provided (pictured in photo) but you will have to bring your own bed. Can easily fit a queen/double bed comfortably.
