Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Rambling relaxing sunny home and garden, surrounded in peace birds and trees, native and exotic. Lawn area and outdoor pizza oven & north & west facing decks on 2 levels. 5minutes drive from Titirangi. Walking distance to Steiner Sch. Your bedroom is private and roomy with afternoon and evening sun and accesses the deck and back garden through french doors. We have hosted many happy guests or flatmates in that room, a few staying for years - there is another bedroom on the same level available for family or friends to stay over (children welcome part-time). With lots of space, two lounge living areas, a great wood burner stove and generous kitchen, we can hang out or enjoy privacy and solitude. We are a creative friendly couple, with adult children, one in Auckland, two in Berlin. We enjoy good food and the company of flatmates or airbnb guests, family and friends. We are happy to eat separately or together and go with the flow. Your room is adjacent to the generous conservatory shower and bathroom, and separate toilet. You will have this mostly to yourself esp in the mornings, as we, the owner couple have a large bedroom with ensuite detached from the main living areas. Flexible availability. Pets Negotiable.
