Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Room in Mount Victoria! 4-bedroom flat where the current flatmates are 2 males in their 30s & a couple in their 20s. Has a huge, modern kitchen, sunny living room and features views over the city. Has a terrace/patio out front that gets all day sun and a backyard which gets impressive views over the whole city. We pay $10 extra/week for shared expenses, e.g. toilet paper, bins etc. The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe/storage & a skylight that gets afternoon sun streaming in. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Room can easily fit a queen bed in it (as seen in photos). No couples, no pets.
