The first and larger room has a view facing east and with a view looking over the harbour, Rangitoto and beyond. The window is a floor to ceiling window that opens onto a garden balcony, which provides plenty of light and is double glazed for extra warmth, and fresh air vent system. The bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom. $460 The second and smaller room has no external windows, making it also the most soundproof room in the apartment, but the glass door offers natural light still during the day and a fresh air vent system to constantly keep the air moving even if the door is closed. $300 Both rooms have plenty wardrobe space.
