Description:	4 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. We are looking for a flatmate to join our amazing home. We are kind, enjoy a good laugh, but also enjoy our own down time. One room available in a 4 bedroom townhouse. The available room is upstairs with a shared bathroom and fits a king sized bed and has a large wardrobe. The flat has a lovely lounge/dining and kitchen downstairs. It is the end townhouse and is quiet with plenty of sunlight. The ideal flatmate would be a mature professional in their early 20’s to 30’s. They must be able to take the initiative to keep the house clean and tidy. This is not a party/drinking flat as we are in a predominantly family oriented area and want to be respectful of the neighbors but we enjoy having people over every now and then. Rent is $245 a week inclusive of gas, WiFi, power and water. Move in costs: 3 weeks bond ($735) and 1 weeks rent.
