If you are looking for a quirky two bedroom house on a quiet street with some awesome views, and chill vibes, you’ve found your new home. Looking for: A female in their late twenties or early thirties looking for a home rather than a flat. Looking for someone social, doesn't mind having a wine and a chat after work but also has their own independent life. Someone tidy and clean who treats the place like its their own home. We enjoy wines and socialising but are not a party flat, very cosy vibes. About me: I'm a female in my early 30's who is fairly social, enjoying sports and other hobbies after work and spending weekends looking for the best brunch spot. I enjoy being active and creative but also equally happy to be on the couch binge watching the latest tv show with a glass of wine. Looking for someone likeminded to share this home with! About the house: Lovely two bedroom split level unit in Meadowbank. It gets lots of sunlight and has beautiful views of the city and of Rangitoto across the water. It is close to a main shopping centre and bike and bus routes to the city are a step away. The open plan kitchen / dining has recently been renovated and is connected to the living room. down the hallway are both bedrooms, the bathroom (with amazing water pressure) and toilet. The room has space for a queen bed, side table and two sets of draws (or a desk). The wardrobe is a single but there is so much storage throughout the house for non clothing things. The unit has two covered carparks right by the house. Lots of storage including a lockable space under the house. It comes with a large private backyard, small deck and a small veggie patch. Important details: Rent is $285 plus expenses Dates for move in are the 26th May (Sunday). Bond is $892.50 and we pay 2 weeks in advance. Bills are around $25 a week depending on the season.
