Details: Rent: $225 /week Utilities: $25 /week Location: Kohimarama (1 min walk from the beach!) 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Super close to Kohimarama Beach. Great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. After a many good years, our flatmate is moving overseas, so we are on the hunt for a new addition to our home! We are approximately 100 metres from Kohimarama Beach. It’s the perfect location for your sunrise runs or after work swims, or perhaps even a kayak or paddle board. The local cafe serves great coffee and we are within walking distance to a selection of bars and restaurants. The bus stop in to the CBD is also only a minute walk away and the cycle paths are decent. While it’s a five bedroom house, it certainly doesn’t feel like it! We have two bathrooms (you would be sharing with two others), a large kitchen, two living rooms, and a large deck and yard. Plus plenty of room in the garage for your kayak, bike, camping gear etc. There’s plenty of on road parking, plus two off road car parks which are on a first come, first served basis. This is a spacious room with plenty of daylight. The current set up has a queen bed and a large double wardrobe. The leaving tenant is happy to sell her furniture to who ever moves in - otherwise, the room will come unfurnished. Existing flatmates are three females in their 30’s and one guy in his late 20’s. We do our own thing most of the time, but every now and then we do something together. One works in science, one works in computer science, and two work in event management. We each pay an extra $25 per week to cover bills, a fortnightly cleaner, cleaning supplies etc. While we don’t have any pets of our own, we often have dogs hanging out with us, so we hope you like dogs just as much as us.
