Plenty of storage space. Shared living/ dining space, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. Shower with excellent pressure is over the bath. Fast wifi with good reception throughout the house. Secluded garden with mature trees and hammock for lazy afternoons in the sun. Lounge leads to deck with bistro table and chairs and overlooks courtyard with dining table and benches. Home has washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer. Flatmate will need to share housework and clear up after themselves. One other flat mate has a busy life working full time and studying. Likes to relax in front of the TV after work in the evenings (probably the smallest TV in Auckland!). Weekends - usually in the garden, studying, and spending time with friends and family. No pets or smokers.
