Description:	4 bedroom townhouse with 6 or more bathrooms. Kia Ora, We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in Mt Wellingto. Rent is $270 per week <exc. monthly bills> Large bedroom Contains large Walk in wardrobe, private ensuite with toilet and large shower. Super close to Mt wellington shops and Sylvia park , and Panmure train station. Property contains plenty of on street parking next to the flat that is free all hours of the day, as well as on property shared parking space with two of the current flatties. There is a large kitchen, two lounges and an additional shower / ensuite and shared storage space in the flat, additional to the wardrobes and ensuites in the room for rent. We are three gay working professionals aged 27-32 who work in media and design and drag - so we work 6 days a week , so are pretty lowkey and chill vibes but we are super friendly and obviously welcome any lgbt friendly people. No pets.
