Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, fully furnished (except for your room). Nice sunny garden that backs on to Grey Lynn park. We cook separately apart from the occasional shared meal. There is also a cat living with us who is quiet and friendly (for a cat). The room available has a built-in wardrobe and its own bathroom. Bond is 2 weeks rent, one week’s rent to be paid in advance. All whiteware including dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, however no tumble dryer. Current Flatmates: 1 female and 1 male in their 40’s and 30’s. Friendly, laid-back professionals who enjoy cooking, chatting and having a peaceful environment at home. Ideal Flatmate: Professional, easy going and respectful. Guy or girl is fine. Not a party house, however we have friends over occasionally. No smokers No pets or smokers.
