This very unique whare holds many stories, being one of the first recycled houses in Tamaki Makaurau. Stained glass galore with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 downstairs. We are looking for a couple/or a single who wants the bedroom along with the office/creative space downstairs. Rent is $400 for the room and the office space. In a month or so another flatmate is moving back over to Europe so there is an opportunity for a friend to move into the second bedroom downstairs. We will look at reevaluating room prices at this point meaning these spaces would be cheaper still! This house really is such a special place, creating communities and family that will be with you for life. We have grapefruit, lemon, peach and feijoa trees and grow herbs, chillis, spinach, lettuce and butternuts in our vege patch.
